Learn to make authentic Chinese dumplings (Guotie aka potstickers) with me. It'll be all hands on deck – you'll be taught how to make the dough, what goes into a good filling, master the art of folding them, how to cook them and of course eat them together after! I'll help you every step of the way so that afterwards, you'll be able to make them yourself at home.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the company of other foodies visiting or living in London while I prepare for you four courses of traditional Chinese home-cooked food. We'll start with cold appetizers, followed by two types of dumplings and a seasonal third course. We'll then finish the evening off with something sweet.
